As the figure gathered itself for one final leap, the wind started to gain speed. With the increased burst of air, The figure was almost blown off its feet. Only with its grim determination was it able to stay afoot, and yet it prepared itself for one last jump. Closing its eyes to two small slits, the figure propelled itself into space and, with the help of the wind's thermal flow, the figure was able to soar high up into the sky and finally emerging above the clouds and bathing in the ethereal moonbeams for the first time.
Miraculously, the figure emerged unscathed with all its cuts healed. As it began the inevitable descent, the figure started to panic, for it had not foreseen this part of the process. In the confusion, the figure had dropped almost half the distance it had leaped up. With the ever increasing dropping speed, the figure had lost all hope of landing alive. Murmuring prayer after prayer, the figure's life flashed past its eyes, one such event lingering in its mind for a few moments during the flashback...
